    We thoroughly inspect the products and classify them into our 3 quality levels. Used material that is not classified as such has not been inspected or checked.

  • How much does transport cost?

    Transport costs depend on the delivery address and the quantity of material. We will be happy to provide you with a personalised quote.

  • Can I pick up my used material myself?

    Yes, you can organise your own transport. We will prepare the material for you to pick up. Your personal point of contact will email you the pick-up date. Of course, we will help you load the material.

  • How quickly can I get the goods?

    The delivery time depends on the location and the availability of the material. You will receive more detailed information about the delivery date and availability when you place your order.

  • Do you also deliver to my location?

    Yes, we deliver worldwide. We take care of the customs formalities. Our customer service will support you and organise everything related to the delivery for you.

  • How much can be transported by lorry?

    The exact quantity depends on the material and the dimensions. We will be happy to help you with the planning. In the interest of sustainability, we will be happy to optimise a full lorry.

  • Can I buy used equipment even though I am not a company?

    No, our offer is aimed exclusively at commercial customers.
